Deadliest Catch!

Last day of March... and what does April bring? The crab fishermen on Deadliest Catch!! Blog reports state S. 5 starts on Tuesday, April 14th - woo hoo!

My superstars of the series are the Harris men of the Cornelia Marie and the Hansen brothers on the Northwestern. Runners up are the Time Bandits' Hillstrand brothers and a special shoutout to the superhot & adorable narrator, Mike Rowe.

I heart Phil Harris and son Josh the most and I adore Edgar Hansen for being so cute and so witty.

Josh has especially grown on me because when he first joined, I thought there is no way he'll last the season, but he proved he is his father's son by really stepping up and becoming a good fisherman. His love for his father and his ability to keep his sense of humor while doing his job also endeared him to me (and if there ever was a case for me to go Mrs. Robinson on a young fella, it'd be Josh Harris. Ha ha ha).

I am wondering about Phil Harris' current condition and what his role will be for Season 5. (I haven't followed the boards and I want to remained surprised by the stories as they unfold week to week, and I assume Phil is at least alive and well.)

And all you lucky PacificNorthwesterns, you can go attend CatchCon on April 25th! I am tempted.... heh.

May we all watch DC season 5 and may each show be as good as previous seasons. They just have to maintain their focus on our superstars and keep the newbies to a bare minimum until they prove their worth. Focusing on some of the lameness of the new crews is really aggravating and a waste of time (thank gawd for Tivo & Fast forwarding).
