HIMYM - "Mosbius Designs"

4.20 - airdate 4/13/09

A fun episode with a cute way of getting rid of Lily (Alyson Hannigan) for a few weeks (due to Hannigan's pregnancy). It was a funny bit in itself but funnier when you know it's due to the beh-beh.

Barney was a little wackier than usual, but his blurting out compliments about Robin (Cobie Smulders who is getting way pregnant and with whom they aren't doing as good a job at hiding it) to express his love for her, were fantastic.

Marshall's tactic to become "that" guy in the office also worked because it is true - a lot of people are kept on for reasons not related to doing a good job: sad, but true, folks.

I liked Food Guy and Toy Guy, but the Creepy Massage Guy was a bite from Arrested Development's Buster (Tony Hale). [Very genius stuff, and thank gawd for the movie (finally!).] Might have been more original if they picked a less pathetic looking guy to play CMG. But that is my own little opinion.

I haven't followed HIMYM from the start, so I don't know that Robin and Barney will end up together and be together by the end (I assume not but who knows). I do hope R & B get together - they are perfect for one another. And I'm a sucker for a happy ending.
