Happily ever after

Love is in the air, and I couldn't be more pleased. As a pro-Chuck&Blair Team member, I'd been praying for them to reunite. While some would argue that their chemistry would diminish from getting together, I think Chuck & B. could pull it off because they both have enough vim and vinegar to keep them from getting dull.

However, I wasn't sure GOSSIP GIRL would give us the kind of send off for my favorite couple since the show is rarely sappy. But this season's finale surprised me by providing a pleasant dose of sugary sweetness by giving me what I'd been waiting for - those three little words from Chuck to Blair. They took all season and all episode to do it, and it felt a bit cheesy and rushed, but it was perfectly romantic and sweet and I loved it.

Even if the writers eff it up for next season, and least I can dream and Chuck and B had the perfect summer together. What better way to remember their fond last summer before college.

And what will next season bring?
