Actress Gabourey 'Gabby' Sidibe as seen on Conan's TONIGHT SHOW

Appearances such as that by Gabourey 'Gabby' Sidibe last week on The Tonight Show is the reason people SHOULD do talk-show visits.

This young woman was just that - a young woman who was not of the Hollywood b.s. and was so normal (and I mean that in the best sense of the word) and such a refreshing addition to which you could see that Conan was also genuinely touched by her presence.  She was sweet, enthusiastic, and so real, it was hard NOT to like her immediately.
Anyone willing to admit publicly (and on national television) that one was an insane N'Sync fan has a pretty good sense of self (and a sense of humor).  What's not to love?  ^_^

I had a feeling the movie would be good, and early word of mouth makes you believe it'll be well received by the critics and the like and of course it has the Oprah stamp of approval.  So, it was many reasons why I thought I would wait to see this film.  But because I think Sidibe was so cool, I may just shell out the bucks in support.
