Law & Order: Criminal Intent - Vincent D'Onofrio

4.1 - "Semi-Detached" - 9/9/04

It's been a busy week so I haven't had time to catch up on all the L&O: CI's on the Tivo. I managed to get a few in last night, one of them being this episode in which a controversial radio deejay is manipulated to commit suicide.

I like this ep because I get to see a bit of the Goren charm on women, one that is rarely allowed to be seen. He seems so sincere on screen, even I watched questioning if he actually felt for this female suspect. Oh, if only to have someone as tall and cute as VOD offering to help with the groceries and giving a gift (souvenir badge). Also, I'd have to say his eps around 2003-2004 is when he looks his best physically so it can only make a girl swoon.

I wonder if the show would ever introduce the personal lives of Goren and Eames in respect to a romantic interest. Can Goren's only "love" be that of a psychopath like Nicole Wallace? Of course, VDO needs to shape up a bit if we're to believe someone would fall for Goren. Poor guy. I hope events in his personal life isn't upsetting his health to that degree.
